Campus at Horton

Will there be any retail options at the Campus by Horton? As many of you may know, the original Horton Plaza consisted of 600,000 square feet of retail. That “Retail” was made up of shops, restaurants, service providers and entertainment venues. The Campus at Horton will be roughly 1 million square feet with at least 300,000 square feet dedicated to “Retail” establishments that are specifically curated to cater not only the employees of our office tenants, but to compliment the offerings in the Gaslamp Quarter and the surrounding area for the enjoyment of the residents of and the visitors to downtown San Diego.
